Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

At Girlie Goes Wild, we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In order to reduce waste, and maintain our eco-friendly ethos, our products are made to order. Most orders are manufactured, processed and prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or for specific handmade items, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom and select international locations.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Girlie Goes Wild is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
